A: Buying your house is always my intention, not listing it. My intention is NOT to act as your agent and list your house on the MLS. I’m interested in buying your house. The only houses I’m interested in are ones I can purchase with cash. Having my money ready is no problem for me. My only interest is in buying houses.

It’s important to me to be clear and upfront. I am a New Jersey realtor licensed to sell real estate. Should you need a referral to a professional agent who will list your home on the MLS, I know some good ones. Nonetheless, I intend to buy your house, not to list it.

A: People wouldn’t sell us their houses if we didn’t pay fair prices. Therefore, our goal is to provide you with an offer that works for you as well as for us.

Our acquisitions are often below market value due to many reasons, such as needing repairs, painting, or remodeling. Your home cannot be sold for top dollar if it needs major repairs. The majority of sellers are aware of that.

In addition, most sellers see the value in getting out from under the burden they feel as soon as possible.

With no obligations, hassles, or fees, we always offer fair offers.

It would be great if you could work with me on a fair win-win price for your house. Getting an exact estimate of what your house is worth will not cost you anything.

A: There are only a few steps involved in this process. In order to understand where the house is, we need to look at its location. Afterward, we need to determine if there are any repairs that need to be made. Do you know how the property is currently doing? Can you tell me the value of comparable houses in your neighborhood that have recently sold?

A fair price is determined by taking many factors into consideration… and that works for both of us.

A: Our house-buying service does not charge any fees or commissions.  It’s not our intention to get you to list your home with us. Our goal is to buy your house.

As licensed agents in the state of New Jersey, we provide real estate services. Our team would list your house for you if you didn’t want to sell to us now but wanted us to list it for you. A commission would be earned from the sale of your house if we listed it.

However, we are not interested in listing your house. To buy your house right now, we’d like to offer you all cash.

A: It is the hope of real estate agents that someone will buy their properties when they list them. Listed houses may be shown to strangers who are just looking around for free. Agents charge a commission. It is possible to end up paying thousands of dollars in commissions.

There’s a big difference between us there. Buying houses is what we do professionally. It is not our intention to list your house. It’s something we’d like to purchase.

Our goal is to make the process of selling your house as easy and quick as possible. Repair, paint, and fix up houses are what we buy. Getting your house ready to sell doesn’t require you to hire a contractor (or do it yourself).

There are no fees or commissions associated with our services. However, we do provide free offers without any obligation. Accepting our offer should be a pleasant experience for you. We hope that our offer will alleviate some of the stress you may be experiencing.
